The Calm Corner

This is a quieter space.

The Calm Corner is here for moments when your thoughts are racing, your body feels tense, or everything feels like a bit too much.

Nothing here is timed or scored. You can stop at any point.

You are not doing this wrong.

What’s here:

You’ll find:

  • simple interactive tools

  • slow, grounding activities

  • gentle visual focus points

You don’t need to use them all.

Even a few seconds is enough.

Gentle Reminder

You’re doing your best. That’s beautiful.

Make a Warm Drink With Me

Not to be productive. Just to feel a bit steadier.

  1. Stand up slowly. No rush.
  2. Fill the kettle (or put water in a pan). That’s step one done.
  3. Choose a mug. The one you like most, if you can.
  4. Tea bag / coffee / hot chocolate. Whatever feels kindest.
  5. While it heats: unclench your jaw, drop your shoulders, exhale once.
  6. Pour. Watch the steam for a second.
  7. Hold the mug. Warm hands count as comfort.
03:00

If this is all you do today, it’s still something kind.

Wash the Dishes With Me

You don’t have to finish everything. Just stay with me for a few minutes.

  1. Stand at the sink. You don’t need to move yet.
  2. Turn the tap on. Notice the sound of the water.
  3. Feel the temperature. Adjust it until it’s comfortable.
  4. Pick up one dish. Just one is enough.
  5. Wash slowly. Notice the warmth, the movement, the bubbles.
  6. When you’re ready, place it on the side.
05:00

If you stop after one dish, that still counts.

Sit With Me for Five Minutes

Nothing to do. Just somewhere to be.

Put both feet on the floor. Let your shoulders drop.

05:00

You don’t need to calm down. Just stay.
